...I'm crushed
I loved that club, kept hoping the series variants would go on there so I saved postage heh.
Ahwell, I had a good run.

Hey Tallulah! How are things in your corner of WI?

Nope. Looks like it is defunct, but there has been no announcement that I know of. Either they are revamping it or it has been taken down for good. I'd say with today's economy, it makes more business sense to end it. The site hadn't really been functional for a long time anyway. Focusing on one website/store is a better idea. That's my opinion, anyway.

Still, it was fun while it lasted.

Yeah, that sucks.
I probably wouldn't have had such a problem getting res 3 variants, if the club still sold them.
Bye-bye $40.

Hi Scott! All is well...as well as can be in semi-boring WI

A re-vamped site would be nice but you are probably right with the economy troubles. So sad, but expected I guess. As long as I can still get variants I'll remain a happy camper!

Wow you think they would have a least sent an email to the members. I just happened to look for it today to find out it was gone.

Does anybody remember the t&c's? Did they reserve the right to terminate the club without notice or is there some solid ground for complaint? I've never known a company to show such ignorance and disregard to their customers, it truly sucks.

I don't know about your country, but in ours, if you pay for something that is to be shipped through the mail and never get it, that is mail fraud and illegal. I've belonged to several clubs and I have never been victim to the kind of terrible customer service that Mezco had. Some of these places are a lot bigger and offer so much more, yet they manage to treat their fans right. They understand that if you treat your fans lousy it can make them feel poorly towards your product. People who join clubs are more than just the random shopper. They liked your product enough to join your club, they'll probably be around longer than someone who sees the doll once, buys it and probably never buys it more than a few times.

Yeah, I want my $40 back. I got absolute nothing out of it... and they didn't exactly deliver the "lifetime" membership if it's been shut down. And my Gomez was broken when it arrived.
