For the wounds, I use my dremel to make a hole in whatever shape I want, then I fill the hole with the clay I'm using (which I usually use super sculpey), then use my sculpting tool to carve the clay back out, leaving a wall so to speak enclosing the wound. I then roll up some thin clay to stick in the wound, I use my tool to attach it to the clay already in there and shape it a bit making the bone, then I make lines in the rest of the wound for flesh effects. And just an FYI, I saw your thread and noticed you were "looking for a new home" for your doll, just so you know You're not allowed to publicly sell customs on the board, so You might wanna edit that out of your post, don't wanna see you get in trouble for it
